Our Commitment to Your Care

At Show Me PT MI LLC, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services. In order to respect the time of all patients and maintain efficient scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy.
 

Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of session cost.
   

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as:

• Missing a scheduled appointment without notice

• Arriving excessively late and being unable to complete the session

No-show appointments may result in a fee equal to 50% of session cost.
 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment:

• Your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled patients.

• The full session fee may still apply.

If you are more than [15 minutes] late, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
 

Telehealth Appointments

The same cancellation and no-show policies apply to virtual or telehealth appointments.

Please ensure:

• You have a reliable internet connection

• You are prepared and available at the scheduled time

Technical issues on the patient’s end may not exempt the appointment from cancellation or no-show fees.
 

Emergencies & Illness

We understand that emergencies and sudden illness occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Show Me PT MI LLC in cases of:

• Medical emergencies

• Severe illness

• Family emergencies

• Extreme weather conditions

We appreciate prompt communication in these situations.
 

Repeated Cancellations

Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Requirement of prepayment for future appointments

• Placement on a same-day scheduling basis only

• Discontinuation of services
   

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by:

• Calling: 313-799-3869

• Emailing: josh@showmept.com

• Using the online scheduling system (if applicable)

Cancellation is not considered valid until confirmation is received.
 

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with Show Me PT MI LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
